What were some of your highlights while at Chaminade?
I loved playing volleyball — my teammates were great. It was fun to go to the football games, as we had a winning team at that time. Attending a private school and liking the majority of your teachers made Chaminade a great place to be.
What are some of your highlights since high school?
Getting married and receiving my doctorate were two of the biggest events for me.
Where did you go to college? What did you study?
Pepperdine University - History Major, B.A.; California Lutheran University – Counseling Psychology, M.A.; California Graduate Institute – Counseling Psychology, Psy.D.
What are you generally doing these days?
I am a psychologist working with disabled kids, autism mostly. I have a private practice and do consulting work for the neighboring school district.
Are you married? If so, how long? Spouse’s name?
I have been married for over 10 years to Kurt Colicchio.
Any kids?
No kids…just 2 cats.
Are you still in touch with anyone from our class? Or have you run into anyone over the years?
No.
What is your best memory from our Chaminade days?
I loved the broomball games and powder-puff football.
What are you looking forward to the most about the Reunion?
Seeing how everyone has changed physically over the years and what people are doing with their lives.
